So I increased the Backout Threeshold in the Input Queue and now I have no error. So it seems that in the MQMD the backout property is greater than input queue property, so It got an error, but I don't know why the MQMD backout property is greater. |
The only reason the MQMD backout count gets incremented is because a message causes an error and then gets backed out.
By increasing the backout count, you're increasing the number of times it will try to do the same thing before it fails entirely.
But you still haven't figured out why it fails in the first place...
I think there's more information in the usertrace about that, somewhere. |
I can't find it, the strange thing is that this is a subflow. The original flow is a very complex flow accepting some files (CSV or XML) and it build a standard XML. The VERY VERY strange thing if I send a CSV file it works good, If I send XML (to the original flow I mean) it got this error, why is it strange? because if I send a csv or the same csv in the xml format, the result of the first original flow trasformation is the same (I put a FileOutput node and a trace node at the start of the flow, the files are IDENTICAL) but if I send csv no error, with xml error. The XMLNSC message that come to the subflow are THE SAME. So now, the only thing, I have changed the Threeshold property of the queue, but I can't stilll detect the error |

Again, there should be something in the debug trace.
Again, you should probably open a PMR. |

I toally agree with Jeff on this one. I know we dont have the start of your trace because broker logs the fact that its received a request to turn tracing on.
Look back nearer the start of your trace for more clues! |
