because the explorer that comes with v7 has more things that the one with v6 !  |

Really? Again my signature is validated! I must spend more time using the GUI....
What particular features are you interested in? How many of them are applicable to a v6 qmgr (the only new thing I know about is administering JMS stuff via the GUI & I didn't think that worked on a v6)?

one great feature: import & export remote qmgrs
which happens to be really really imporant because on v7 I can specify the username and having lots of qmgrs it comes really handy. |
