Ok,
I have just tried the code you posted in my toolkit and it works fine, and I also believe your code syntatically valid according to the syntax diagram. Therefore, it looks like you have hit a defect in the version of the toolkit you have. You should update your toolkit and/or raise a PMR...

Yes. The code you give is valid, therefore there should not be an error. I am using a 6.1.x toolkit and the same code is fine in this toolkit. Please raise a PMR for a fix.
