Hi there.
I have searched the forum to look for a similar problem but with no success.
I have an XML message in input with a signed numeric value, let's say '-1.345'. I want to assign this value, padded with '0' when necessary, to a CWF element, defined as follows:
DECIMAL
Extended Decimal
Length Count: 13
Signed: Yes
Sign Orientation: Included Leading
Virtual Decimal Point: 9
Right Justify
Padding Character: '0'
I would expect something like '-0013450000000' and instead of it I get '{0013450000000'
Where I am wrong?

It was my mistake, reading better the documentation it's clear that I need to set Sign Orientation to Separate Leading.

Also please make sure the receiving application can handle this type of data.

That's a good trick.
There are no arrays in ESQL.
Or did you do it in Java?

We can create array in ESQL
like
SET Environment.Variables.POS_MORPH[] = LIST {ROW( '{' AS SYMBOL, '0' AS VALUE ),
ROW( 'A' AS SYMBOL, '1' AS VALUE),
ROW( 'B' AS SYMBOL, '2' AS VALUE ),
ROW( 'C' AS SYMBOL, '3' AS VALUE),
ROW( 'D' AS SYMBOL, '4' AS VALUE ),
ROW( 'E' AS SYMBOL, '5' AS VALUE),
ROW( 'F' AS SYMBOL, '6' AS VALUE ),
ROW( 'G' AS SYMBOL, '7' AS VALUE),
ROW( 'H' AS SYMBOL, '8' AS VALUE ),
ROW( 'I' AS SYMBOL, '9' AS VALUE )};
