				I have just installed version 6.0 and CSD03 on solaris and are having the errors running any command.

$ mqsilist

ld.so.1: mqsilist: fatal: libImbCmdLib.so: open failed: No such file or directory

Killed

$

I have :

1. run the mqsi profile

$ ./mqsiprofile

MQSI 6.0.0.3

/opt/IBM/mqsi/6.0

2. Ensured mqmpap is a member of mqbrkrs

$ id

uid=3004(mqmpap) gid=3004(mqmpap)

$ more /etc/group

mqbrkrs::205:root,mqm,mqmpap,intsoft,patrol

3. Confirmed that the library exists

$ pwd

/opt/IBM/mqsi/6.0/lib

-rwxr-xr-x   1 bin      bin      2571940 Oct 23 22:03 libImbCmdLib.so

Any Ideas? |

Try running the profile this way:

$ . ./mqsiprofile(dot space dot/mqsiprofile)

And verify using env ...

Not good enough, you need to "source" the profile:

to have the setting take effect in your current shell... _________________ -wayne |
