Sorry, i didn't pointed that broker is running on Windows 2003 Server.

I check, time in mqsiservice -t command is the same as i see in Windows Date and Time properties.

The only suggestion I can offer is use a GMTDATETIMESTAMP and cast it to a DATETIMESTAMP and see what you get...
