wschutz,
What can be the other possible reasons for the sample program to fail?
If I need to set any authorizations, can you PLEASE let me know how can this be done?
I mean we have the queue manager on AIX and since it doesn't recognoze any 'domain' or so like windows, how can I set the authorizations for my domain/userid(windows)?
Only you guys might be helpful for me. |

for giving access
set mcauser on the SVRCONN channel to mqm (lowercase).
Please understand that it is a security risk. |

You can issue a setmqaut for a user named "domain\user", instead.
Edit.
Maybe. I'm not as sure as I was a minute ago. _________________ I am *not* the model of the modern major general. |

That should work also.
Issue setmqaut commands and set the mcauser to whatever the principal you used in the setmqaut commands. |
