				Hi,

I am using ICS 4.3 and JDBC,MQWorkflow,WBIMB adapters (2.7).

Log and Trace option has been set to write to console as well as to a file in Adapter configuration. Adapter writes both log and trace statements to console. However, it does _not_ write log and trace to the specified file (even if tracelevel has been set to 5). I checked in the <WBIAInstallDir>\logs directory, it seems like initial adapter log is getting generated there. But no 'trace' of trace anywhere

 Just to mention the setup, I have copied InterchangeSystem.cfg from ICS installation directory to WBI adapter installation dir. I am _not_ using the '-c' option to specify the connector config file for the adapter (if I specify -c it works beautifully). I have set the option 'LogAtInterchangeEnd' in the adapter to 'false'.

I am sure, I am missing a pretty obvious thing, but not able to figure out. It would be great if anybody guides me on solving this.

Thanks In Advance

				you have to specify the -c option with the path and filename of your adapter config file. _________________ -Ratan |

				Hi guys,

a change is coming soon.

today it is only possible to use the trace and log configuration-properties if you start a connector without the -c option (this mean to start the connector via config-file)

But with fix-pack af 2.6.0.6 it is also possible to use the properties without starting the connector via cnfig-file.

the fix-pack will ba available in the next month.

-> no more -c    |
