Ya all the processes,components are running under the same user and same system.it is staying on the base version

i have manually restarted everythin and deployed a simple flow sometimes it is working fine sometimes the problem of :An error occured in the JNI layer during flow debugging is comin. and flow is not getting debugged....

The problem at last got solved after installing fix pack 6.0.0.1.
