your queue has damaged... did you try to kill any of the queue manager processes? |

| no. this is a dynamic queue which gets created when a process starts. And is deleted once the service is stopped. |

Are you seriously running MQ v5.3.0 - with no CSDs/FixPacks, like LVLS, CMVC Level and Build Date indicate?
If so, apply CSD12, and try again.

It's never of any particular value to upgrade to anything other than the current FP - unless the current FP has only been out for a week then it might be worth waiting another week.
