So, have you deployed both message sets along with the flow? The important part of the exception list indicates that the COBOL message set cannot be found.
Also, do youself a big favor - unwire all the failure nodes and catch node till you get the basic flow working so that error messages will get written to the Windows Application Event Log.

I am only using one message set and deployed that one along with message flow.

Hi,
"Bill Matthews" thanx for your help....I got message to O/P q....its problem with my ESQl message set name....i deleted the first message set and recreated and forgot to change that in ESQl....I find that in event logs....
