indows config manager (also upgraded to MQV6.0) does not seem to connect to our MQ V6.0 qmgrs on our AIX box.
You mean the configmgr on windows isn't communicating with the brokers on AIX. How you do know? Are you seeing the brokers as being "not running" in the toolkit? Did you look at the broker's log on AIX (syslog)?
??

I applied CSD01 for MQ V6.0 and I still get the same errors.

And also, you said you didn't see any errors earlier.
What are the errors then?

Are all of your V6 qmgrs at RFP1? Refresh Pack 1 is a minimum for the config mgr and the broker...

To access successfully the config mgr you have to be given rights in the acl list and have to have access to the config mgr's qmgr assuming all are V6.
The acl entry list HAS to be granted by somebody with authorization. To check if you have authorization try running (on the config mgr box):
Code:
mqsilistaclentry

If there is no return you do not have authorization...

Enjoy
