Try logging in as the "local" administrator .
I remember that I used a domain account that belongs to local admin group to install MQ 5.2 successfully.

You may want to check te following:
1. Check your system date and make sure it is valid.
Checked and they are all okay.
2. reboot the pc after installation of mq
