I am sorry i got it all wrong.... i han included the imqb23vn imq{c|s}23vn
libs.... i put in both.... server and client ..... libs mistakes in frustration

I double checked on the case sensitivity.... but  . The dspmq command returns the parameter i specified..... even when i pass an empty null terminated string the result is the same |
