		  The event viewer points to error log files.
 
 It says the process is javaw.exe

		  The process id is of javaw.exe.
 
 I have tried the reset perspective option and strmqcfg -c option. I see the same error,the content pane and navigator pane are not opening.

		  The problem has been solved ,I have gone through trace.log and found that they were authentication problems,that is why I am unable to retreive messages from the queue.

		  Well it does have LIBPATH and references the MQ JAva libs there but it is missing LIBPATH64 which becomes somewhat necessary if you want to make a bindings connection...
