What is your configuration again? You have a V6 toolkit, V6 configmgr and V6 broker on your workstation with FP1 appiled to ALL of them along with V6 of MQ without any FP's.
Is that correct.?

Ensure that the levels of code installed at the Message Brokers Toolkit, Configuration Manager and Broker are all consistent.
What version/fixpacks do you have installed?
