I think a fixpack install is more likely to be feasible with specific sudo command access (once we work out what the commands are).

A new MQ installation would seem quite hard to fully script (but I would be interested in anyone who has done this).

I guess an upgrade to V7 from V6 is not much different from a fixpack install?
