The following WebSphere MQ Family SupportPac has been released:

MD07:Â Calling MQSeries from Software AG's Natural

Natural is Software AG's integral application development environment, which supports procedural and non-event-driven (Windows only) programming techniques. It empowers developer to create complex component-based business applications. This SupportPac looks at the interaction between MQSeries and Natural from Software AG. It shows how calls to MQSeries can be made from within the Natural environment and therefore how it can be linked to the whole enterprise.

It consists of a number of source files for Natural an example showing how MQSeries calls can be made from the Natural environment on Windows NT/2000 and documents the differences on z/OS, UNIX systems.

The following WebSphere MQ Family SupportPacs have been updated:

MS62: MQSeries Linear Log clean-up script

This Category 4 SupportPac provides a Perl script that can be used to either compress, gzip or delete linear logfiles that are no longer needed by MQSeries. It has been updated to fix a problem with NT installations - n parameter was being ignored.

WA02: MQSeries Workflow - MQSeries Integrator interoperability sample scenario

This SupportPac shows how to invoke a MQSeries Workflow process from an MQSeries-based application and how to integrate an MQSeries-based application within a MQSeries Workflow process using MQSeries Integrator and exploiting the XML feature of MQSeries Workflow. It has been updated to add MQSWFXML_Order21.mrp for the message set MQSWFXML_Order2 to support WebSphere MQ Integrator V2.1.

WA04: MQSeries Workflow - Java Generic API test and prototyping tool

This SupportPac supplies a tool to help you learn more about the MQSeries Workflow Java APIs and MQSeries Workflow Java API runtime applications
(clients) and activity implementation. The following changes have been made in this release:

WD01: Business Process Modeling with MQSeries Workflow

This SupportPac provides an introduction to the creation of business process modeling using IBM MQSeries Workflow. It gives a step by step overview of how to implement simple processes using MQSeries Workflow and also covers more advanced process models. It is intended for business analysts and process modelers with a basic knowledge about MQSeries Workflow. A number of screens shots in the document have been updated.
