My client uses AMQP based on MQ. I created an AMQP setup based on the MQ documentation. It works fine so far.
However sometimes the client AMQP requests cannot be prosessed. I checked the AMQP log files, but could not find any errors. I tried to restart the AMQP service SYSTEM.AMQP.SERVICE. The OS processes related to AMQP couldn't be stopped! I had to kill them manually. I also found out that an FDC file was created during the AMQP service restart. In that file there was an error like:
Attempting to clean up open handle after failed queue manager/fastpath thread.
...
SYSTEM.AMQP.COMMAND.QUEUE

After AMQP service start the AMQP is running well and can process client requests again. This error occurs from time to time.

Linux SUSE 15 SP3, MQ 9.3.0.0.5

You should upgrade to MQ v9.3.0.10 to see if it fixes your issue.
