I'm happy to hear that.
If you need to download from IBM Fix Central you will need an IBM ID, which you need to create or which your site will have created. With that you can log on to Fix Central, search for the fix you need, and download it.
Alternatively, contact your IBM site representative for assistance.

Again, please be specific. What products/features? What product IDs? FMIDS? Then, arrange for necessary license(s).
