That question comes up fairly regularly on this forum. The answer is 'no'.
Why do you want to do this? |

Cause i have a generic web service consumer flow to retrieve the related message dictionary and service provider endpoint from within the WSRR repository. Hence the input message to be sent to the service provider through a SOAPRequest gateway node is going to be validated and vice versa the reponse received from the service provider is to be validated also. |

If you're on v10 then you could deploy the schemas for each type of message in a shared library ( i.e. not a message set). You can specify the shared library that you want to validate against in Root.Properties.MessagetSet. |

So why the registry lookup node receives the dictionary under the local environment's ServiceRegistry Entity? |
