Is there such a thing out there? The mappings I have are mostly XML to XML transformations.

Obviously the question is why would I need it. Well, in case we need to migrate to a different ESB in the future, XSLT is something supported everywhere, including IIB.

IIB's XLST stuff is very slow compared to any other transformation interface in IIB.

To add to what has been said, the XSLT used in IIB is XSLT V1.
A lot of functionality that you would see in other ESB's that use XSLT's all over the place (ugh!) is missing.
Some of the hacks that I have seen used to get around this have left me banging my head on a wall when it could have been done so much easier and faster using anything but XSLT.
