Need help in setting 'Server directory' path dynamically. Trying to do a file transfer to a remote server using SFTP through FileOutput node.
Destination directory need to be set based on the file name.
The flow is like this
File inputnode --> Compute node -- > FileOutput Node
here are couple of things i tried in the compute node ,
SET OutputLocalEnvironment.Destination.File.Remote.Server = 'server:port' ;
SET OutputLocalEnvironment.Destination.File.Remote.ServerDirectory ='/serverdirectrypath';
which did not over write the node property.
also tried this based on a previous post,
SET InputLocalEnvironment.Destination.File.Remote.Server = 'server:port';
SET InputLocalEnvironment.Destination.File.Remote.ServerDirectory = '/serverdirectrypath';
SET OutputLocalEnvironment = InputLocalEnvironment;
In both the cases, the server directory and the server name are over written by the node properties.

Did you set the Compute Mode property of the compute Node correctly?
Does a trace node inserted between the Compute Node and the File Node and sent to output the LocalEnvironment show the values you are setting in ESQL? _________________ WMQ User since 1999

Every time you reinvent the wheel the more square it gets (anon). If in doubt think and investigate before you ask silly questions.
