I've completed adding javadoc to the source projects for MS0S and pushed to github. I've also made sure that the Eclipse projects have project specific code styles, to ensure better merges.

I'm still looking for additional contributors and assistance. While I got a number of responses from my previous request, I got very little actual assistance.
