I am working with MQ V6.0 on VMS/IA64 V8.3.
Can IBM or someone get me the qload and mqbrw for this?

The QLOAD utility is available in source from the following URL

https://github.com/ibm-messaging/mq-q-qload

You can build it yourself on VMS.

It appears that it isn't available anymore.

You could use the 'Q' tool (MA01) from a remote system if all you want to do is brownse messages in a Queue.

Q can also run locally and has also been open sourced.

Well, I don't think there is any question about it. It can only be attributable to human error. This sort of thing has cropped up before, and it has always been due to human error.
