You need to run the "Prepare WebSphere MQ Wizard".

Your Id must be able to query active directory.

In general, MQ does not like usernames that are more than 12 characters long.

'Administrator' is longer than 12...

In general, you should not run any application as the Administrator user.

In general, you should run all Brokers under dedicated and known service users that are either specific to the version of broker in question ('bk61user') or specific to the broker itself ('bkr10dev').

In general, you should only perform the installation of the MQ and Broker software as the Administrator user, and perform all *configuration* - creation of qmgrs, brokers, connecting brokers to configmgrs, etc - as the relevant and necessary software user.
