The following MQSeries SupportPacs have been released:

MA0Q: openUTM-MQSeries-Gateway

This Category 4 SupportPac provides a data sheet of a software tool
offered from Fujitsu Siemens Computers that allows communication between
openUTM applications on arbitrary openUTM platforms (especially BS2000 /
OSD) and MQSeries applications on arbitrary MQSeries platforms
(especially
IBM mainframes). It can assist you in evaluating possible solutions and
architectures for connecting openUTM and/or BS2000 to IBM hardware and
software platforms, via MQSeries.

MS65: MQSeries - Configuration back-up script

This Category 4 SupportPac provides a Korn Shell script that can be
setup
as a crontab under the mqm UserID to automatically create backup copies
of
the MQSeries configuration using SupportPac MS03 (MQSeries save Queue
Manager object definitions using PCFs). The script will determine ALL
Queue Managers on the executing server, determine which ones are active
and
backup their configurations. It retains 5 generations of changed
configuration data and produces a simple log of operations for debugging
purposes. The script, through crontab, can be set to run anytime. It is
suggested to run it once a week and possibly when changes have been made
to
the Queue Manager.

The SupportPac allows administration personnel to automatically create
current and historical configuration data of active Queue Managers and
can
be used to replicate and recover from Queue Manager problems.

MACJ: MQSeries Client for Windows 95, 98 and Me - V5.2
MACK: MQSeries Client for Windows NT and Windows 2000 - V5.2
MACL: MQSeries Client for AIX - V5.2
MACM: MQSeries Client for HP-UX V10 - V5.2
MACN: MQSeries Client for HP-UX V11 - V5.2
MACO: MQSeries Client for Sun Solaris - V5.2

These clients have been updated to incorporate CSD 2.

MP6E: MQSeries for HP-UX V5.2 - Performance highlights and capacity
planning guidance

This SupportPac provides two reports. The first highlights the potential
performance benefits introduced in MQSeries V5.2 and explains the
circumstances in which they can be exploited. The second report (which
has
been added in this release of the SupportPac) details the performance
behavior of MQSeries V5.2 using MQI thin-clients, and compares
characteristics of different client-server scenarios.
