Sorry to dig 8 year old thread. I was getting the following error and this is the only reference i got

Got where? From what? Doing what? A single line of error with no context (except that you're using a version of Windows you've not seen fit to mention) is not going to give you the best advice!
Are you using PCF messages as in the thread you disinterred? Have you investigated to see if you have a similar issue? _________________ Honesty is the best policy.

No, This i got from a thrown exception and no useful message in the xml. I will dig more and let you guys know as i am still waiting for some access.
