What is the channel table used for located on /var/mqm/qmgrs//@ipcc/amqchktab.tab ???

See the following reference in the MQSeries Clients manual. Basically, this file contains the description of CLNTCONN channels that can be used to locate a queue manager on a client only MQ system.
