Not sure what you mean by message structure, as generally that is dictated by the application requirement, or is agreed between you and a Third Party if it's cross-organisation, or is an industry standard.

The "structure" of an MQ message is fixed; it has an MQMD on the front, and a variable length payload. What you carry in the message as payload and how it's formatted is your business.
