We currently use a heliograph solution for handling swift messages.

We also have WMB v6.1 so it is kind of silly to maintain two separate message transformation broker environments.

Has anyone done the conversion process?

What kind of challenges/gotcha's/unexpected costs have you experienced?

Likewise, any success stories you have would be welcome even as a straight implementation.

They would facilitate buy-in on initiating a conversion effort.

Any feedback would be great..

Thanks.

you should also consider the different swift fin solutions available - one is a paid services engagement from dublin using homegrown message sets/parsing and the other is SWG maintained via websphere TX

There is also the option to build your own which I would not recommend.
I have built my own in the past (6 years ago) and used the Dublin pack and I would recommend the latter. I have not had any experience with the WTX Extension pack but that would require a WebSphere TX purchase and the use of the TX node.

WMB 7 cannot be too far away now and should provide better TX integration, how ever my preference is the Dublin pack still. Maybe I need updating too.
