Hi

we are planning to upgrade the IBM MQ V5.3 to V7, but we have following doubt, can anyone help me.

1)Do we need to install any service on local PC or it is just web service.

2)Our IBM MQ V5.3 installed on windows 2000 server OS. do i required to upgrade my OS as well or it will work with windows 2000 also.

3)Client V5.3 can support Server V7 if not then i will update client as well then is there is any impact on setting or connection.

1) Not sure what you mean about web service?
2) What do the docs / WebSphere MQ web site say about supported platforms for MQ 7?
3) I'm sure the docs also explain about clients and their compatibility with the server.

If a particular part of the documentation is not clear please include a link / quote that you are unsure of.

It took me seconds to find THIS, so I suggest first use of the IBM-supplied documentation before asking questions out of thin air.
