I am confused while reading a lot of terminologies in WAS. Specially in the follwoing:

Is a node equavalent a profile in general? if not what are the refer to ?

A managed node is the one federated ( added ) dmgr but what is a managed profile?

When we create a profile, can we avoid to create a default server ( server1) How can we create it afterward it is it a standalone server ?

I would like to add one more question: can wsadmin be executed on remote machine from the local/ can we execute commands on remote server using local wsadmin?

eg. can I add a profile on remote server ?
