I am trying to pull a work list for another user (admin type function), but the work items have not yet been claimed. I know for claimed workitems I can use....

" AND TASK.OWNER = '" + inputForm.getUserId() + "'";

but I need to do this for the potential owner, not the owner...

any suggestions?
