I installed RAD instead of WID. I carried out the following action

preference
general
capabiliite
advanced
web advanced
checked struts box

click ok
apply

still I can not see the struts box when I create a new project.

Could you please suggest what I missed

Do I need to add any plugins in RAD? I would liket to hear someone from IBM.
