How to create Queue Connection and channel in MQSeries

I am getting a exception in createQueueConnection when I use QueueConnection object.
So plz any body help me out how to estabilish connection to MQSeries server using java

Could you please be a bit more specific as to the nature of the exception? What is being displayed to you? Are you connected to the default queue manager? Are you using client or server bindings to connect?
You might also want to check out one of our sample programs that connects to MQSeries via java. See if these programs have the same exception being thrown.. Here's a link to one of the more simple ones:
