The following IBM WebSphere MQ Family SupportPacs has been released:
MA0R: Transport of SOAP and JMS with WebSphere MQ and HTTPR
This SupportPac provides a demonstration of the transport of SOAP requests
using a choice of reliable transport mechanisms:
WebSphere MQ
or
The HTTPR protocol which provides reliable delivery over the Internet and
through firewalls.
The demonstration is released as a WebSphere MQ SupportPac to promote
discussion and comment on the potential value to WebSphere MQ customers.
The SupportPac also exposes a compatible JMS messaging interface for
applications to interact with the choice of reliable internet transport
mechanisms listed above.
The SupportPac enables the user to experiment with transport of SOAP and
JMS requests over both WebSphere MQ and HTTPR. The HTTPR protocol has been
published on IBM developerWorks and a demonstration included in the IBM Web
Services Toolkit V3.0 to stimulate discussion of possible approaches to
providing reliable Web Service request delivery.
The most recent version of the HTTPR protocol specification is made
available as part of this SupportPac. HTTPR transport is not a supported
component of WebSphere MQ or of any other IBM product.
The following IBM WebSphere MQ Family SupportPacs has been updated:
IA76: MQSeries Integrator - Java Plug-In
This SupportPac provides an MQSeries Integrator Plug-In node that allows
custom Java applications to be created that can be called when processing a
Message Flow from within MQSeries Integrator by implementing a set of Java
classes. These Java classes implement all the methods provided by the
MQSeries Integrator C APIs while allowing the portability and ease of use
of the Java environment. The SupportPac has been updated to take advantage
of the WebSphere MQ Integrator V2.1 Java APIs rather than JNI.
