What is the best way to add One more QMGR on Mainframe?

-About my system
IBM WebSphere MQ for z/OS V5.3.1
allready haveing 6 qmgrs
---------------
some more Qs ?

1.what are the steps that Follow to ADD one more QMGR in Mainfrrame.
(please let me know if you have any documents/JCL/link other than IBM site)

2.or shall i copy the exist xxxMASTER jcl and modify and run?

3. How many queue can create on ONE Mainframe QMGR (maximum Queues)

From your post it is clear you are not a z/OS admin, if this is the case then the answer to

Is to let a MF admin do it. Do not do it on your own, or you'll probably damage something quite seriously. Anyway, the relevant manuals are WebSphere MQ for z/OS System Setup Guide V6.0 and WebSphere MQ for z/OS V5.3.1 Program Directory. There is no "best" way, taking shortcuts will create havoc, it's simply a matter of following the books step by step.

No, a QM on z/OS has to be defined as a subsystem before you can do anything, as described in the manuals.

I don't think MQ even has a limit - I just effortlessly created 1000 queues on my little pc qm, i'm willing to bet you can define much more. This is a slghtly odd quetion, why are you using so many queues?

Most importantly, why add another QM if you have 6 already? (?!)
