Hi all,

is it possible to run several applications on Solaris on one machine sharing one MQClient and connecting to different queue managers on remote machines?

Yes.

The MQClient is just a set of executable files. There is no sharing of the one MQClient.

Each MQClient application can connect to one or more Queue Managers independently of the the other apps running on the same server.
