Hi all,
Does our applications that are running in MQ 2.1 on OS390 ( IMS & CICS) need any recompilation or would they work as it is ?. Could you please tell me if there is any changes needed. Any reference docs would be very helpful.

You don't need to recompile/relink your programs, because the the stub you link into your load module only contains calls to the real functions in WebSphere MQ.
You should take a look on the migration path, there are some advise, there are changes in the configurations macroes.
There might be a problem with backward compability if you have to do a fallback. You have to assure that you have the compabillity PTFs installed on the WebSphere MQ V2.1....
