Hi,

I have read in the redbook, that MQWF can route the worklist to someone else if a user is absent.. Any of you where in the system this "absent" data is stored and how this data can be updated?

Cheers

You can not access this without going to a db2 Table that is not published. The only way to update this is via the person object at runtime and let a person mark themselves absent, or to use the API calls for setAbsent which would allow an authorized user to mark another user absent.
