How to Connect to mq using Channel tab file in java

Doesnt look like problem with client definition as I am able to put message using amqsputc as I set the environment variable

SET MQCHLLIB=C:\deepak\chltab

SET MQCHLTAB=AMQCLCHL.TAB

Channel tab problem I faced was solved. IBM mentioned that my channel tab file was corrupted due to some SSL data. I deleted the channel tab file and recreated all the client connection objects and it worked . \
