I have already thought about this and will do it. You are right, I want this script such that, I am not there and it answer all the qeustions for the guys. |

Please make it more complicated than "Ask on mqseries.net".
That seems to be in more than one operations manual out there as the first and only troubleshooting step. |

The challenge will be crafting a document that is comprehensive enough, without limiting analytical thought.
I've contacted enough help desks to recognize when I'm listening to someone reading questions from a script. _________________ I like deadlines. I like to wave as they pass by.
