No we're not. There are people at IBM paid to do that.
We're a bunch of volunteers, all with day jobs, who band together to share experience and deal with some of the more tricky technical questions.
This is why we get slightly infuriated with people who ask questions that could be answered by reading the manual & people who seem to expect us to do their jobs for them, be that job writing code or administering WMQ.
You should not rely on our help. What exactly are you going to do if you get a production problem, post here & no-one responds for a few hours? Or at all? Or the response is "told you to apply maintenance"?
We're not a support desk. Don't treat us as such.
