All that this message tells you is that the qmgr believes that 378.log is required to recover SOMETHING that was recorded to the log. It does not specifically refer to TEST.QUEUE.
If you have not successfully recorded TEST.QUEUE contents to the log, then you cannot recover it. _________________ I like deadlines. I like to wave as they pass by.

As replies to your OP have told you, to recover a damaged queue, you must
1) be using linear logging
2) have successfully recorded the queue object to the log with the rcdmqimg command
3) have the log segment(s) that contain the recorded object image available to the qmgr
4) delete the damaged queue object (if necessary)
5) recover the object from the log with rcrmqobj _________________ I like deadlines. I like to wave as they pass by.
