No, both are different.
So install appropriate software, thats what i mentioned in the previous post
I think you are having PA-RISC, So re-check your MQ software that you are having

Hi
if the uname -a displays
HP-UX 11i V2 (11.23) then its a itanium
if it is HP-UX 11i V1 (B.11.11) PA-RISC

That's not correct, 11.23 also exists for PA-RISC, it is the fifth field of uname -a or the output from uname -m that shows the machine hardware. In this case the output was 9000/800 which indicates a PA-RISC system. _________________ Philip Morten

You must get PA-RISC software to run on your PA-RISC machine. If you have difficulty getting the software, please speak to your IBM reps. I am sure they would be happy to help. |
