It's installed properly but you've missed a step as you were told in your duplicate thread here.

Asking the same question twice is unlikely to give you a different answer.

Right. Otherwise the effective level isn't 7.0.0.3. The clue is in the message.

Now, if she asks what command to use to change the fix pack compatible level, what shall be our response Sir Vitor?

To refer to the original thread, which contains this information and did before this flurry of identical questions was posted.

Or to post the command and relevant parameters.

I see that as a decision for the conscience of the individual.

Hi Vitor-

I am not able to change the configuaration.
Fixpack capability level = '7.0.0.3' (effective level '7.0.0.3')

step 1. mqsistop MB7BROKER
step 2. mqsichangeborker -f MB7BROKER 7.0.0.3
step 3. mqsistart MB7BROKER

after successfull complettion of the above command. I have executed

mqsireportbroker MB7BROKER

Fixpack capability level = '7.0.0.3' (effective level '7.0.0.1')

So you're saying that the command completed without issue and the borker didn't react?

If the command was spelt correctly when you typed it, then clearly you need to raise a PMR.

You could try specifying "all" as a workround first.
