Upon which features we should definately go for IBM Data Power rather than other ESB solution (WMB / WESB )?
How to convince someone to use Data Power ? beacause it costs very high... Why would I need to purchase separate hardware ? as all other software can perform ESB.
Give kind suggestions. |

Why would you go for Data Power rather than WMB / WESB? Why would you not have both? Or just Data Power? Or just WMB? There's all valid configurations.

Because Data Power does not do the same things as the 2 software products you mentioned.

No. Because no one here knows your situation, requirements, use cases, etc, etc. Anything we can say is speculation and you wouldn't want any purchasing decision justified by "it's what some bunch of strangers on the Internet said to do".

| Because Data Power is a hardware device and it can act as a gateway and supports many protocols and MB cannot.And WMB supports many Domains and formats during transformation but DataPower does only few transformations(binary to xml or viceversa....). So,considering the requirements we gonna use either of them or both. |

This statement is wholely untrue.
WMB can and does perform gateway security on some sites. DataPower can and does transform between many domains, especially when paired with WTX.
