All,
This is truly hilarious. I never responded to this posting because the first respond said it all.
Now to why it is funny; I'm at a client site (Toronto, hint, hint) where one of the Integration Architects is implementing a new vendor application. On Dec 16th, he emailed me part of the application log where it was getting the 2335 reason code. I responded says that it is an application problem and cut & pasted the section from the manual.
For a week, all I heard from him was the 'the vendor says its an MQ problem'. Then another of the client's Integration Architects got involved and I pushed hard for him get the application to turn on any debugging information and I would capture any messages in the queue manager so that a problem can be found.
Finally, when tracing was turned on in the vendor's application, it was discovered that the topic looked like: XXX.YYY."ZZZ.AAA"
Dejan, I am the 'Roger Lacroix' that Jun and John was referring to on the phone with you. This is NOT an MQ issue. It is a broker issue. (MQ does not care about message content.) I would strongly suggest that you or your team lead open a problem ticket with IBM and given then the details (I assume your company is an IBM Business partner!!).
Bottom line: It's a small MQ world!!!!
Regards,
