It means don't worry about it!

If and when MQ needs the extra logs it will utilize them, and then you will see them. Before then, it is normal to possibly not see the new ones.

LogDefaultPath is in mqs.ini. You have to change LogPath in the Log stanza in qm.ini to the new path to the log files.
Don't forget to set the permissions on the log directories and files properly!
